Hello! My name is Vikki Olson and I am a Nationally Certified School Psychologist for the Parker Unified School District. I received my Master’s Degree in Psychology and my Specialist Certificate in School Psychology from Capella University. I also have a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from St. Catherine’s University. I have a background teaching elementary students as well as teaching special education learning disabled students. As a school psychologist, I have worked with students in Preschool through the 12th grade.

I grew up in the state of Minnesota but do not miss that cold weather. My husband and I have two grown children. When not busy with all things school psychology, I enjoy crafting, reading, and “junking” for vintage items.

My goal since entering the education field has always been to help every child to be successful in school and work to the best of his or her abilities. I believe in the importance of the school, home, community connection. I participate in student assessments for special education eligibility, Child Find, Arizona Early Intervention transitions to preschool, PBIS initiatives, school related counseling, behavioral/academic interventions, crisis intervention, and anything else that will help all involved in our school community to be as happy and successful as possible.

Please feel free to contact me any time that I can be of service to you!

All my best,

Vikki Olson, C.A.G.S., N.C.S.P.
