I thoroughly enjoy working in the Technology Department here at Parker Unified School District. I was hired in July of 2006 as a Computer Technician/Desktop Support. I have over 12 years of computer experience. In 2001, I earned my A+ Computer Certification for installation and configuration of PCs, laptops, and related hardware, and basic networking. Previously, I taught Computer Literacy, mainly Microsoft Office for 4 ½ years in Yuma and taught 3 Spring semesters of computer classes here at the local Arizona Western College branch. So I can understand the frustration when computers aren’t working as they should. My days are busy assisting teachers and staff with software, computer, and printer problems. I trouble-shoot and repair PC’s, laptops, and printers. I enjoy creating spreadsheets that save time and effort.
