·   1:30 p.m. Meet with hotel staff to set up Nugget Room on mezzanine.

o     Equipment needed: your laptop computer, the hotel’s projector that connects to the computer, an extension cord, a projection screen, a dry erase board with markers and eraser, 5 pads of paper with sharpened pencils.

o     Food needed: pitcher of ice water with glasses, napkins, buffet of cold cuts and snacks, tea, coffee, coffee mugs, soft drinks, and plates.

o     Papers for meeting are in the gold-colored folder marked “Critical Thinking”.

o     The PowerPoint presentation is called “Critical Thinking”. It is located on the desktop in a folder marked DENVER.

 

·   2:00 p.m. Meet with Dr. and Mrs. Jules Styne, Mr. George Stanzas, and Ms. Margarette Soliz in the Nugget Room on the mezzanine. Meeting will last about two hours.

 

·   4:00 p.m. Clean up Nugget Room. Don’t leave any papers out. Put away your equipment.

·   Free Time begins now!
