	Staff Development

• Prep Talks - 30 minutes on Wednesdays.
   
• Early Release Time - collaborative and staff development time on Fridays.
   
• Off-site - Teachers have the opportunity to attend professional development workshops in cities within driving distance.
   
• Classroom Observations - teachers are encouraged to observe other teachers.
   
• Technology - District educators offer approximately 5 hour long after-school sessions each quarter.
