Peer Coaching
Classroom Observations

 

Our district hired Charlotte Wing, an educational consultant from Phoenix to work with teachers on classroom observations and peer coaching.  Five times during the school year, each teacher must observe other another teacher and follow up with peer to peer feedback.

The following forms are located in the teachers' workroom or you can request them from Maggie Leivas.

Observation Form
      Use this form, created by Charlotte Wing, when you conduct a classroom observation.  The purpose of this form is to give you a place to take notes that you can share with your peer.  

Peer Coaching Process
     This sheet explains the process of peer coaching.

Peer Coaching Feedback
     Complete this form when you meet with the teacher you observed.  Submit it to the school secretary for performance pay credit.
