Peer Coaching
Classroom Observations
Our district hired Charlotte Wing, an
educational consultant from Phoenix to
work with teachers on classroom
observations and peer coaching.
Five times during the school year, each
teacher must observe other another
teacher and follow up with peer to peer
feedback.
The following forms are located in
the teachers' workroom or you can
request them from Maggie Leivas.
