Objective:

Introduce Inspiration software to teachers and discuss various applications for classroom use.

Procedure:

• Introduce Inspiration software.
   
• Share handouts with suggested teaching activities and sample inspiration diagram.
   
• Demonstrate how to access Inspiration templates.
   
• Demonstrate how to use Inspiration tools to create diagrams and outlines.
   
• Allow teachers time to experiment with Inspiration.

Summary of teachers response to this lesson:

The teachers responded very favorably to this lesson. Most teachers indicated a desire to use Inspiration with their students. Inspiration can be installed on teachers' computers, but each teacher must submit an email request to the technology department.
