About cameras in the PHS Classroom:

The high school library has 2 digital video cameras, 2 digital still cameras, and 1 VHSC camera available for teachers to use in the classroom. In addition, library students are trained to assist teachers with using these cameras

• Classroom scrapbooks
• Advertising
• Video reports
• Visual aides for reports
• Creative writing about photos or video clips
• Posters
• Field trip records
• Experiments lab reports
• Photograph students' projects, art work, etc.; publish online
• Create a slideshow for Open House

Click here to see an example of a camera project. Students in Mrs. Breaux's English IV class made this video as a part of their Carpe Diem project. This video also happens to be a good example of using music in the classroom.
