Objectives:
bulletIdentify books in need of repair.
bulletIdentify and remove books that are incorrectly shelved.
bulletKeep a shelf area neat, organized, and in good condition.

On the first or 2nd day of class you will choose a shelf area as your responsibility.

Each day after you shelf 10 books you will work in your shelf project area completing the following tasks:

  1. Pull books out so they are flush with the edge of the shelf.  Click here for example.

  2. Check to see if any spine labels need new tape and tape as necessary.

  3. Look for books that are incorrectly shelved.  Replace on shelf or on book cart.

  4. Put or throw away items that don't belong.
