Honors Project Advanced Biology
Must Do All of the Following:
1. Produce a multimedia presentation that uses slides, videotape, PowerPoint, and a written script to present information on a biology related topic.
2. Read two fiction or non-fiction books related to biology. One will be provided by the teacher. One will be your choice with approval of the teacher. Select and explain two passages from each book that meet each of the following criteria: things I knew from class, new things I learned, things I have questions about, things I found most interesting. Create a poster that encourages other students to read this book.
3. Prepare a scrapbook of newspaper and magazine articles that relate to biology.
4. Do a lab report on the drosophila fruit fly.
5. Complete a journal with information on dissections done in class.
