How to Submit a Technology Help Request

The Technology Department is here to help you.  Please submit all help requests through the PUSD Helpdesk ticket system.  This enables us to record and process your request in a timely manner.

 

Step 1

Go to the PUSD Helpdesk page.  You will be logged in with your Windows username.

Step 2   

Select 'Submit New Problem'

For Category, Select your Department Name

Enter a Title and Description for the Problem

Press SUBMIT
