How to Submit a Technology Help Request

The Technology Department is here to help you.  Please submit all help requests through the myhelpdesk ticket system.  This enables us to record and process your request in a timely manner.

 

Step 1

Go to the mytechdesk logon page.  You will notice 2 logon areas, Staff and Requestor.  You will be using the Requestor logon.

Step 2   

Select 'Logon as Requestor'.

For Group Name, enter:  pusd27

For username, enter your  Windows Username (usually first initial + lastname).

Use the password you were given for the myhelpdesk site.  Check the box 'save group and username'.
